Mark Neuhauser

Mark received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. While in law school, he interned for the Honorable Martin Ritholtz, as well as for the office of the District Attorney of Kings County. Mark has more than a decade of experience in many aspects of Real Estate and Elder Law.

Mark concentrates his transactional real estate practice in the areas of buying, selling, financing and representing landlords, and multi-family developers. Mark’s experience includes all aspects of commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. Mark has also assisted sellers, purchasers, commercial and residential real estate mortgage lenders, borrowers, developers, and management companies in commercial and residential conveyances. His client base includes financial institutions, private lenders, bridge lenders, and real estate companies.

In addition, he manages the firm’s elder law group, which encompasses all aspects of elder law planning and Medicaid planning and handles aspects of the firm’s collection litigation practice. He has extensive experience with trusts and estates elder law, and planning for the special needs of persons with disabilities. Planning, estate planning, estate administration, debt collection. Mark continues to assist many health care providers and institutions across the breadth of New York.
